After finishing a pen with a CA finish is there a way to "break" it free from the bushings without cracking or pealing off some of the finish on the end of the pen? The bushings seem to get glued to the pen blank & last night when I applied a little pressure to break it free, the finish at the end of the pen pealed off in a small spot. I'll be sanding that off tonight & trying to finish it again.

Duane,

You might want to give these a try, or you could make some yourself.
