Guys,
I've sent a reply to ask what kind of wood it is, but here's what someone sent me about some wood:

I read the article about you yesterday in the newspaper, and I thought you could use a HUGE tree that was cut down in our neighborhood and has been sitting by the side of the road for over a month. If you are interested, it is located on Joseph Drive on James Island near Harborview Elementary School. If you turn onto Joseph from Harborview, the tree is located almost to the end of the road on the right side. I've been meaning to call the City to pick it up, but I would rather it be recycled if you can use it!
